What we do.
We work on behalf of our Corporate clients to enable them access to funding or risk management services via our eclectic network of wholesale investors
We maintain active relationships with over one hundred Banks, Insurers, Reinsurers, Pension Funds and Asset Managers, understanding their specific investment goals
We use our knowledge of those investors to identify those with the appetite most applicable to our client’s needs
What we don’t do.
We are not a lender
We do not have our own balance sheet and remain entirely independent from all financiers
We do not provide investment advice; we only work with sophisticated lenders or alongside specialist broking channels
Cameron Perrett
I have been working in the Capital Markets for 18 years through a variety of roles with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Royal Bank of Scotland, PricewaterhouseCoopers and GFI. A Chartered Accountant by profession my technical expertise spans structured and corporate finance, securitisation and bespoke reinsurance transactions. Dedicated to deep and lasting relationships, I have forged a vast network across a broad range of Bank and Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
Richard Evans
I joined the financial markets back in 1985, and in that time have spent 22 years in trading rooms, developing financial institutional relationships, as both a broker and a banker, primarily in Interest Rate products. I have worked for some of the world’s most successful global broking houses, and also spent 7 years at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, establishing and developing direct trading relationships with the bank’s most valued Bank and Non-Bank Financial Institutional clients.
Chris Hargraves
I have spent the majority of my 20+ year career in capital markets, most recently at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 14 years. With an expansive technical and structuring background, combined with being a professional accounting qualification holder, my roles have varied from Corporate Finance advisory, Equity Capital Markets, Syndicated Loan structuring and managing CBA’s relationships and exposures with top tier ASX 20 corporates. Industry specialisations include Healthcare, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
Blake Ammit
Having commenced my working life within international banks, my last banking role was as Head of Private Clients, ABN AMRO. This role lead me to a 15 year career in Private Equity backed by many of those UHNW clients from my banking days. Ownership & executive roles with United Capital, CVC & FC Capital all based in Sydney, Australia spans this period.
In between stints on the “sell-side” of Private Equity transactions, I spent 7 years as the CEO of a well-known media family office running their multi-sector business with over 300 staff & multiple locations throughout Australia plus acted on the “buy-side” of transactions with family monies.
Before joining Perrett Evans, I was the MD & shareholder of a special situations wholesale credit fund (Arbitrium Capital Partners) that was reliant on many of those decade long relationships + new investors from the funds management industry in Australia & abroad. Arbitrium Capital Partners is a A$300m credit fund & current AFSL holder.
